How old do I need to be to be able to play?

Absolutely! Each player is only allowed one player account. Two people can play at the same time from the same household, but not at the same table. This is a way to ensure that collusion is not occurring.

How can I update my personal details?

Make sure that you are logged in to My Account pages.

  3. Now change the details if required

  4. Click the change button to save your updated details

What withdrawal methods do you offer?

  • Visa Debit/Credit Card
    We do withdrawal to VISA credit/debit card. This option is available to withdraw using the same credit card as for all your previous deposits. If you use more than one credit card, you will have the option to withdraw on the card with which you made the most deposits in the previous 3 months. This also applies to those who have only one credit card. Refunds to credit cards does not work for all cards.

    Normal bank clearing arrangements apply (3-5 banking days). Some banks may impose their own charges for receiving funds, which we are unable to cover. Please check with your bank for details. Withdrawal is only available to VISA credit/debit card.

  • Master Card
    Due to Master Card regulations you cannot withdraw to your Master Card.

  • Neteller
    Neteller is an online money wallet. You can withdraw and deposit to and from your account using Neteller.

    Neteller deposit/withdrawal is available in USD.

    Minimum withdrawal is $10 amount and maximum is $1000 a day.

    Deposits which have been done through Neteller must have been turned over at least one time once before a withdrawal can be made or a fee of 3.9% will be charged.
